By accessing or using the website and services of Affordable AI Services Orange County (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Use of the Website and Services
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You may only use our services for lawful purposes. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the services for personal or internal business use.
AI-generated outputs are provided “as-is” and may contain errors or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Services are billed in U.S. dollars (USD) through Stripe and/or PayPal and/or Zelle and/or Venmo. All fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility.
All sales are final upon delivery, but we offer a 14-day satisfaction period. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] or contact us at 714-276-8585 within 14 calendar days of payment or first delivery. We will review your request and may issue a full or partial refund based on work already completed and deliverables provided. Approved refunds are returned within 14 business days. California residents retain all non-waivable statutory rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and AI models remain our property. You own the specific outputs you generate, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use anonymized inputs/outputs to improve our services.
5. SMS Messaging Program – Affordable AI Services Updates

Program Description By opting in Text START, you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional SMS/MMS messages about our AI services, special offers, project updates, appointment reminders, and support. Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out Text STOP to the number you receive messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages.
Rejoin To rejoin after opting out Text Start, simply sign up again the same way you did originally (web form, checkout checkbox, or keyword).

6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the services for illegal, harmful, or discriminatory purposes, or to create deepfakes without disclosure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services and AI outputs are provided “AS IS” without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $1,000 if no fees were paid).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time with or without notice.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
California law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in Orange County courts or through binding AAA arbitration (you may opt out within 30 days).
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or site banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
